FIRST TIME BIDDERS
New buyers are asked to register before bidding, via our email at info@wdwebber.art
Photographic identification, current correspondence details and proof of address are required if you are a first time bidder with WD Webber & Co. Ltd. You may also be asked to leave a refundable deposit on the first time that you bid.
Unfortunately, WD Webber & Co. Ltd cannot accept bids from unregistered buyers so please ensure you register with us in plenty of time before the auction. You only need to register with us once.
OVERSEAS BIDDERS
Overseas customers will need to provide proof of identity (a scan of a passport or a national ID card) and payment card details prior to the auction.
FEES
Please be aware that there is a buyer’s premium of 25%, NOT inclusive of VAT on the hammer price. For example:
Hammer price – £1000.00
Premium at 25% of £1000 = £250
VAT at 20% of £250 = £50.00
Total price – £1300.00
PAYMENTS
Bank Transfer, Debit card.
Credit card (plus 2.28% VAT inc. on Business and Non-EEA cards) and Cash to a maximum of £2000.00.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
We work in partnership with third-party companies for domestic and international shipping and domestic clearances. Please contact us for a quote before the auction.
STORAGE FEES
WD Webber & Co. Ltd offers a discretionary 14 days free storage on purchased and unsold Lots from the date of the sale. Thereafter Lots not collected shall incur storage charges of £5.00 per lot per day.
